Application Process
Who should be included on my application?

All residents of the apartment, including guarantors, roommates, spouses, and children.

When will I hear back from the Leasing Office about my application?

Applications are typically processed within 24 hours of completion. However, if multiple previous addresses across different states need to be verified, the process may take longer.

How do I sign my lease?

Electronic signatures can be submitted through the portal.

How much will my first payment be?

Rent is prorated for partial months.

What is the renters insurance policy?

Personal property and vehicles belonging to residents or guests are not covered under the apartment lease agreement. All residents must provide proof of insurance covering loss or damage from fire, theft, vandalism, water, criminal acts, or other causes. A minimum of $100,000 liability coverage is required, and $10,000 personal property coverage is recommended.

Pet Policy
What is your pet policy?

Pets are allowed with a completed Pet Addendum, written approval from Management, and payment of any applicable deposit and/or monthly pet fees. The pet fee is $40 per month per cat and $40 per month per dog, with a maximum of two pets per apartment.

Are there any breed restrictions?

The following dog breeds are not allowed: Akita, American Pit Bull Terrier (Staffordshire Terrier), Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Husky, Rottweiler, and Wolf Hybrid.

Are there any pet fees?

The monthly pet fee is $40 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per apartment.

Are there any additional pet perks, such as a pet area?

Pet Walk Green Space Available on property.

Utilities
Who is the electricity provider for this area?

Provided by MG&E.

What are the available internet, cable, and phone service options?

Spectrum is the preferred provider.

Do I need to set up water and sewer services?

$20/month per person, added to the account.

Who provides trash and recycling services?

Services provided by GFL Environmental.
